These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from Hestia Melts. By ordering goods from us you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before ordering.


Your access to and use of the website is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the website.


By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you should not access the website.

 

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the website, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, your name, address, and contact details.

You are considered to have placed an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors in address, postcode and delivery details


We will send you an order confirmation, this will contain the products you have ordered and the total cost with postage and packaging.


 We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. 


We may refuse to accept an order:

(a) where goods are not available;

(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;

(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error;


Dispatch of orders are normally 5-7 working days from day of receiving order. We reserve the right to adjust our dispatch times in accordance with current volume of orders and time of year, i.e Christmas.

Returns and Refunds


We will accept returns of full, unused products. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage, unless goods are damaged in transit. 

Refunds are issued once the items are returned back to us.


 You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your reasoning. 

We will not accept returns on used products. Refunds will only otherwise be given in the event that a parcel is lost in transit or if goods arrive damaged to the extent that they cannot be used.


Returns based on disliking the scent will be honoured as long as the product has not been used and is returned in its original packaging without damages and the customer has notified us within 14 days.
